If you’re looking for a fantastic way to spend a beautiful Friday afternoon in North Hills, look no further! Renaissance Dental Center and Hart and Wells Orthodontics will host the Smiles Over Raleigh Renaissance Festival to benefit the Make-A-Wish® Foundation of Eastern N.C. this Friday, October 30th from 4-9 p.m. at 3803 Computer Drive in Raleigh. Those in attendance will be treated to the musical stylings of the Party Nuts, delicious food, a silent auction, free gifts from local businesses and more.

Strides of Fashion is a red carpet event at North Hills that will take place Thursday, October 1st outside Vivace and The Spectacle. There will be a runway walk from 6:00-6:30pm and models will be wearing couture fashions from Scout & Molly’s and Vermillion. The Spectacle will provide some great eyewear and makeup and hair will be done by Luxe Apothecary and Von Kekel.
Proceeds and donations from the Strides of Fashion event will benefit The American Cancer Society and Breast Cancer Research.

Since their original performance here was rained out, The Attractions will be performing at North Hills on Thursday from 6pm-9m.
The Attractions started playing music in 1965 in Burlington, NC. They were inducted into the Beach Music Hall of Fame in 2001. You can see more about them on their website.
This will be the last Thursday Midtown Music Series event of the year, but you can hear music from some emerging artists this September on Friday nights at North Hills. Click here for the schedule of artists for Friday nights.

The Will McBride Group will be performing THIS FRIDAY at North Hills Commons area, starting at 6:30pm. The Midtown Music Series is still going strong at North Hills. This Thursday, starting at 6pm, The Coconut Groove Band will be performing over at the Commons (area in front of the movie theater).
According to the band’s website, they play a variety of different styles ranging from Easy Listening, Soul, Rhythm & Blues, Island Theme, Rock’n’Roll , Funk and more.

The Craig Woolard Band is returning to North Hills for another performance at the Midtown Music Series on Thursday. The band was here earlier this summer (June 11) and put on a great show. In the words of Craig himself:
“Bring your chairs, your dancing shoes, or your flip flops – just be ready to have a great time!”

The Entertainers will be performing on the Commons at North Hills Raleigh (right in front of the movie theater) on Thursday as part of the summer-long Midtown Music Series. On Thursday, the Midtown Music Series continues at North Hills with a performance by The Part Time Party Time Band.
The music starts at 6pm and goes until 9pm. The Part Time Party Time Band has been on the Carolina beach music scene since 1980. These guys put on a great performance, as you can see from the video below:
