The Midtown Farmer’s Market returns for its second year at North Hills on Saturday, April 11. The market, which is located over at the Commons at North Hills, features locally grown fruits and vegetables from a variety of vendors. You’ll also be able to find flowers, meats, homemade desserts, cheeses and more at the Midtown Farmer’s Market.

Today, Kane Realty announced that additional apartments at North Hills will open in late 2009. Park & Market is a $125 million, 900,000 square-foot, mixed-use, retail and residential project and will be home to the two-story Harris Teeter we’ve written about previously.
Park & Market will have six levels of high-end apartments (409 total homes) above 93,000 square feet of street-level retail. Residents will enjoy direct, in-building access to the 48,000-square-foot Harris Teeter. Today Captrust Tower at North Hills announced that it now has its fourth tenant – the American Board of Anestesiology. Apparently the ABA signed a lease in December to move its headquarters there and occupy more than 13,500 square feet of space when the building opens in fall 2009. The ABA joins the following three companies in the Captrust Tower:
