North Hills was the location of a fashion shoot on Monday for menswear designer McKenzie Tribe. “We wanted to show our Summer and Fall lines,” said Todd Killian of the North Hills store. “Next season is all about bright colors, great fabrics and easy-to-wear fashion that crosses over from work to play.”

I enjoyed checking out the cars at the 13th annual Triangle British Classic Car Show on Saturday at North Hills. There were some awesome cars from makers such as Austin-Healey, MG, Lotus, Triumph and a few others. Check out a few videos and pictures I got from the event.

I just got back from an awesome weekend at the beach so that’s why I’m only just now writing about last Thursday. The Midtown Music Series was once again packed on Thursday as Liquid Pleasure performed and the weather was outstanding. I took this picture today at North Hills standing on Dartmouth Road and looking towards the construction behind the Captrust Tower (I think it may be the Park & Market apartments but I’m not positive). The photo was taken with my Canon PowerShot SD750, a great little camera that works in a variety of situations. For this shot, I set it to pull out all color, except for the blue sky. I’m definitely not an expert photographer, but I liked how it turned out.

Everyone had a great time last night at Fox & Hound for St. Patrick’s Day festivities, which included green beer, a snowboard giveaway and a bikini contest. Check out the videos (introduction and three rounds from the bikini contest) and pictures from the night!
