Happy Independence Day!
If you’re in/near North Hills today, be sure to stop by from 11am-2pm for some of the 4th of July festivities, which include:
- Children’s bike parade
- Apple pie bake-off
- Watermelon eating contest
- Bounce house
- Face painting
- Caricaturists
- Music
- Prizes
- Games
- A great selection of produce, flowers and goodies will be for sale
- Barbecue and fixin’s
The cost of attendance is $5. Here’s the full schedule of events:
- 11a.m. – Children’s Bike Parade (Start at Moe’s Southwest Grill)
- 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. – Games, Face Painting, Music, Bounce House, Caricaturists, and more!
- Noon – Apple Pie Bake-off
- 12:45 p.m. – Watermelon Eating Contest (ages 12-17)
- 1:30 p.m. – Watermelon Eating Contest (ages 18+)
