Vivace to Serve Drinks at the Alexan Pool?

I heard a rumor that Vivace will be serving drinks and food at the pool at the North Hills Alexan apartments on the weekends this summer. I think this is a great idea. People will definitely shell out some money to have good food/drinks delivered to them. Can anyone confirm or deny this story?
If Vivace does start serving drinks/food, will you take advantage of it?
Since I’ve been playing with Google Earth some today, here’s a shot of the pool here at The Alexan.
Maybe they were planning on it before you published this. I’m sure it’s a huge pain to get another license to do this…
Shenanigans, hopefully they won’t have licensing problems since it is a private pool, not quite like serving to the public?
