Captrust Tower’s Fourth Tenant – American Board of Anesthesiology

Today Captrust Tower at North Hills announced that it now has its fourth tenant – the American Board of Anestesiology. Apparently the ABA signed a lease in December to move its headquarters there and occupy more than 13,500 square feet of space when the building opens in fall 2009. The ABA joins the following three companies in the Captrust Tower:
- Captrust Financial Advisors
- Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak, & Stewart, PC – law firm
- CB Richard Ellis – large real estate brokerage firm
With this new deal, more than one-third of the building is pre-leased (less than a year after ground was broken). Sounds like great news for Kane and Duke Realty.
