Music, Triangle and Sponsorship Snippets

July 31 2008 One Comment

I hope everyone is having a great week so far. One more day till the weekend :)

Just wanted to make you aware of a few news snippets:

New Local Triangle News Site Launches

Last night at “Blogger Bash” at Edge Office, Ginny Skalski and Wayne Sutton unveiled the beta version 30Threads.com, a website that aggregates the best news, blogs and stories from the Triangle. The premise of the site is that at any given time, there will always be 30 stories, or threads, on the site. North Hills Buzz will likely be featured there from time to time, and we received the honor of being listed on the first official 30Threads shirts that were given out last night.

Liquid Pleasure Plays Tonight

Famous party band Liquid Pleasure will be playing at North Hills tonight from 6:00 – 8:30pm as part of the Midtown Music Shag Series. The band plays a variety of songs and styles, including rock, rap, country and beach music. Their website may not be fun (sorry couldn’t resist), but their music definitely will be.

New Real Estate Sponsor for NorthHillsBuzz.com

You may have noticed the new ad banner at the top right of this website. Justin Mascho of Prudential Carolinas Realty is our new real estate sponsor for the website. Thanks for your support, Justin.

We’ll also be accepting sponsors in other categories such as insurance, restaurants, banking, clothing, etc. If you would like to be an exclusive sponsor of North Hills Buzz for a specific category, contact us today and secure a spot before they’re gone.

Hi Jason! Thanks for coming to the blogger bash last night and for introducing our site to your readers. And you’re right, I’m sure it’s only a matter of time before North Hills Buzz is featured. Keep up the good work.
