Vacant Space to Become Ethan Allen Store

Thanks to Ginny from the Blog for pointing me in the direction of this from the News & Observer:
“At North Hills in Raleigh, the long-vacant Storehouse will soon become an Ethan Allen store. The parent company of Storehouse went bankrupt and liquidated its stores in 2006.”
The space has pretty much been empty since then, with the exception of a few sales and events. One of these was Strut 08, a music and fashion show that was held there back in April. It was definitely a cool event, and you can see a recap/pictures here.
What do you think about Ethan Allen coming to North Hills Raleigh? Will you shop there?
