This amazing picture was taken in August 2008 by Nathan L. Walls, a software developer and photographer in Raleigh. Click the picture to see a variety of sizes. As you can see, things have changed a ton since last year when construction and expansion of North Hills on the other side of Six Forks road was just starting.
